Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Short answers to the things we get asked most often.
What is Wenn Property?
An inspection app for tradespeople that combines 3D scanning with LiDAR, AI-powered report generation and easy sharing with customers and suppliers.
Which devices can scan?
Scanning requires LiDAR, which is only found in iPhone Pro and iPad Pro. Everything else works on all modern smartphones and tablets, including Android.
Can Android scan?
No. On Android you can take photos, write notes, record voice, view models and read measurements — but not scan in 3D.
Does the AI/MCP connection cost extra?
No, the connection is included in the license. The AI agent itself (Claude/ChatGPT) is your own cost.
How accurate is the model?
To the centimetre, not the millimetre. Always take control measurements before ordering, for example, windows or countertops.
Can I edit a scanned model?
No, the scanned model is a fixed basis. You can download the IFC and edit it in a BIM tool, or draw on top of a floor plan.
Are detached buildings (garage) included in the roof model?
Not yet. Measure such buildings manually for now.
Is there an integration with Holte SmartKalk?
Not today.
Why doesn't the inspection appear in the browser?
On iPhone/iPad you must upload the inspection manually from the app; on Android it syncs automatically. Check that the upload is complete, and that you're logged in as the same user and company in the app and browser.
How long does the upload take?
Usually just a few seconds, depending on the size of the inspection and the internet connection.
Can I delete an inspection from the app after uploading?
On Android you should not upload or delete inspections manually — everything syncs. On iPhone/iPad you can remove the local copy after the inspection appears in the browser.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, enter your email address and tap «Tilbakestill passord» (Reset password). You'll then get an email to create a new password.
How do I invite a colleague?
As an administrator, you add new users under Settings → Users.
How do I cancel my subscription?

Can I remove the logo from the PDF report?
Yes. As an administrator, you remove or change the logo under Settings → Company information.
Can I change the colours in the report?
No, the report has a fixed design. You can download the PDF and edit it in, for example, Adobe Acrobat.
Can I draw a floor plan without scanning?
Yes, use the drawing editor in the browser (2D-to-3D). It also works for Android users without LiDAR.
Does the drawing tool support PDF?
Not yet — upload the floor plan as PNG or JPG.
Which export formats are supported?
You can export to PDF, IFC and Excel/CSV.
Can a recipient open a shared project without their own account?
Yes. They click the link and enter the PIN code they received from you (a PIN code is always required); the project opens with read access.
