Connect your AI assistant to Wenn Property data

You can use AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to work directly with your inspection data from Wenn Property — without exporting files or copying text manually.

What does this mean for you?

Imagine being able to ask questions like:

• «Show me all my projects»
• «Give me a summary of the inspection at Storgata 12»
• «Compare the bathrooms in the last two projects»
• «Get the cover photo from the project at Aker Brygge»

The AI assistant retrieves the information directly from Wenn Property and gives you answers based on your own projects, rooms, photos and inspection notes.

How does it work?

We use a technology called MCP (Model Context Protocol) — an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to external data sources securely. The AI looks up your Wenn Property data in real time, instead of you having to paste information manually.

You only need to do three things:

1. Open an AI assistant that supports MCP (for example Claude Desktop or ChatGPT)
2. Add Wenn Property as a data source with the address https://connect.wennproperty.com/mcp
3. Log in when asked — then you're ready

What can the AI assistant do with the data?

Once the connection is in place, the AI assistant can:

• Retrieve project overviews — see all your projects with addresses, summaries and status
• Go in depth on individual projects — get details about rooms, photos, measurements and inspection notes
• Create reports and summaries — summarise findings, create tables or compare rooms across projects
• Retrieve photos — download inspection photos directly in the conversation

Is it safe?

Yes. The connection uses OAuth 2.0, the same security standard as online banks and other services you already use. The AI assistant only gets access to data belonging to your account, and you have to log in to approve the access.

Who is this for?

The feature is useful for anyone who uses Wenn Property and wants a faster way to retrieve information, create summaries or work with inspection data. You don't need to be a developer — the setup takes a few minutes, and afterwards you can use ordinary Norwegian or English.
