Basic

For those who won't LiDAR-scan. Includes photo and video documentation, the inspection assistant (voice note → AI note), a 2D-to-3D drawing editor in the browser — which in Basic is the only route to a 3D model and quantity takeoff — plus secure cloud storage and sharing, GDPR compliance and email support. Basis does not include LiDAR scanning or exterior 3D (roof and facade from address).

Max

The full package for professionals. Everything in Basic, plus LiDAR 3D scanning (iPhone/iPad Pro) and exterior 3D for roof and facade from address — with automatic quantity takeoff, indoor and outdoor 3D model, work description in the room plan, export to PDF and IFC, sharing via link, and API and MCP integrations.

Enterprise

A tailored solution for businesses with many users and special needs. Everything in Max, plus SSO and advanced security, a dedicated contact person and customised training. Contact us for a quote.
