Fill in automatically (AI)
Use AI to fill in the work description automatically — based on notes, voice recordings and photos from the inspection.
What does the feature do?
«Fyll inn automatisk» (Fill in automatically) analyses the data you've already collected during the inspection — notes, voice recordings and photos — and suggests descriptions for each cell in the work description. The AI distributes the information correctly between categories (Floor, Wall, Ceiling, etc.) and rooms.
The feature is marked BETA, which means it's under development. The suggestions are a starting point — you should always review and adjust them.
How to use the feature
- Open the work description (tap the list view icon at the bottom of the screen)
- Select a floor or room level
- Tap «Fyll inn automatisk» (Fill in automatically) in the top right
- Wait while the AI analyses the data
- Review the suggestions that appear in the cells
What the AI uses as a basis
The AI bases its suggestions on the information linked to the project:
- Notes you've written for each room
- Voice recordings from the inspection (automatic summary)
- Photos taken in each room
The more information you've collected during the inspection, the better the suggestions.
Good to know
- The feature is BETA — always check the suggestions before you share or export
- The AI may suggest the wrong category or miss details — adjust manually where needed
- Existing descriptions may be overwritten — take a look at what's already filled in before you run the feature
- Works best when you've used automatic summary of a voice recording first
