Automatic summary — voice recording and AI notes

Record audio during the inspection and let the AI create a structured summary — organised room by room with concrete work descriptions.

What is automatic summary?

Instead of writing notes manually during the inspection, you can record the audio and let the AI do the job afterwards. The feature transcribes the recording and structures the information into a summary distributed across each room in the project.

How to use the feature

1. Open the project in the web application
2. Go to the «Notater» (Notes) tab in the right panel
3. Under «Automatisk oppsummering» (Automatic summary) you'll see the record button
4. Tap to start recording — speak freely about what needs to be done in each room
5. Stop the recording when you're finished
6. Wait while the AI processes the audio

What you get back

After processing, a structured summary is shown under the heading «Hele boligen» (The whole property). The summary is organised room by room with concrete points that can be used directly in the work description.

Tips for good recordings

• Speak clearly and mention the room name when you change rooms
• Describe what needs to be done per category (floor, walls, ceiling, electrical)
• Mention special considerations — for example load-bearing walls, moisture issues or coordination between trades
• The more detailed you speak, the better the summary

Use the summary further

The summary is used as a basis when you run «Fyll inn automatisk» (Fill in automatically) in the work description. You can also use it as a reference when writing descriptions manually.
