Exporting quantities to Excel and CSV
Download all quantities from the project as an Excel or CSV file — with area, wall measurements, trim lengths and the number of doors and windows for each room.
Downloading quantities
- Open the project and select the whole project or a floor in the left sidebar
- Open the «Informasjon» (Information) tab in the right panel
- Scroll down to «Last ned» (Download)
- Tap «Last ned mengder» (Download quantities) and choose a format:
- Excel (.xlsx) — opens directly in Excel, Google Sheets or similar
- CSV (.csv) — a text-based format that can be opened in most programs
What does the file contain?
The file contains one row per room with the following columns:
- Floor and room — location and name
- Room type — e.g. Bedroom, Wet room/Sanitary, Kitchen
- Floor area in m²
- Wall area — gross, net, and according to the Norwegian Standard (with and without a suspended ceiling)
- Trim lengths — floor skirting, ceiling molding and casing in metres
- Number of doors, windows and openings
- Inspection note — any notes linked to the room
The last row in the file is a project summary with totals for the whole project.
Typical uses
- Estimating and quoting — use areas and quantities as a basis for pricing
- Ordering materials — trim lengths and areas give you what you need to calculate material use
- Internal reporting — import the data into your own templates or systems
