Which devices does Wenn Property support? (LiDAR, iPhone, iPad, Android)

An overview of which devices and features require what.

In short

Wenn Property is available on iPhone, iPad, Android and in the browser. Not all features require the same equipment:

3D scanning with LiDAR

LiDAR-based 3D scanning requires an iPhone 12 Pro or newer, or an iPad Pro (2020 or newer). The LiDAR sensor measures with a laser and gives an accuracy of about 1–2 cm. Scanning works indoors.

Without LiDAR

If you don't have a device with LiDAR, you can still use Wenn Property fully:

The inspection assistant (voice note → AI-structured report) works on all devices, including Android.
2D to 3D (browser drawing editor) lets you draw the floor plan yourself — the system builds a full 3D model with quantity takeoff data. No LiDAR needed.

Roof and facade (exterior)

For roofs and facades you don't need to scan. Enter the address and Wenn Property automatically retrieves areas and measurements from public registries. This works on all devices.

Browser

The web application (measurements, reports and drawing editor) runs in a browser on desktop.
