Getting started with Wenn Property
Video guide
Note — iPhone/iPad vs Android: On iPhone/iPad, scans are stored locally and you must upload the inspection manually (one-way app → web). On Android, everything syncs automatically to the web — you should not upload or delete inspections manually.
Wenn Property consists of two apps that work together: an iOS app for on-site scanning, and a web application for measurements, reports and sharing.
How it works
1. Scan with the iOS app
Use an iPhone or iPad with LiDAR to 3D-scan rooms during the inspection. The app builds a digital model of each room with walls, windows and doors. You can also take photos and write notes as you go — everything is stored locally on the device.
2. Upload to the web application
When you finish the inspection, tap «Lag rapport» (Create report) in the app. The inspection is uploaded and becomes available in the web application.
3. Continue working on the web

In the web application you can:
- View the 3D model and 2D floor plans with accurate measurements
- Fill in a work description per room and trade
- Use AI tools to automatically generate notes and work descriptions
- Generate PDF reports with measurements, photos and notes
- Share the project with tradespeople via PIN code and link
- Download files: ZIP, CSV, IFC and 3D models (STL/OBJ/GLB)
